Further and prolonged investigation is carried by authorities to produce concrete evidence in front the of judge. Not to please the internet trolls. There is absolutely no reason and no requirement why before the hearing, any legal evidence must be made public. Such practice is avoided in the legal world at all cost. But I can understand why Pakistanis cannot seem to comprehend anything other than media trials.

IK stated he had it and he would inform all of us. I would recommend you speak to IK about legal precedence. Educate him on the matter as he has been the one saying he has the evidence and you have stated the same.

There is indeed overwhelming *circumstantial evidence *(yes it is a legally recognised evidence and has far reaching implications! Dictionary may not be able to give a nice one line definition) which has been pointed out in PTI’s white paper report as well ECP’s report. It is not PTI’s job to go to Ch. Iftikhar’s house to search for evidence or confiscate his phone. This is why you have police and investigation bureaus. PTI wants these people to do their job and launch a fair and independent investigation into rigging to strengthen Pakistani democracy and restores voters’ trust in the system.

The white paper provides no circumstantial evidence. If so please point it out in the document.

What I love is the fact that everybody seems to have this evidence. But nobody can produce it. The beauty of double speak. Orwell would be proud of you Jolie.

As for PTI wants to do their job then they should have followed Article 225 of the Pakistani constitution.
