Massive rigging, violations of various ECP laws and instructions make Election 2013 a big fraud.
ECP’s election report draft is now made public.
With all parties in parliament complaining of rigging, a country wide protest happening for last 40 days, its time to dissolve fake assemblies and call for new elections.
There is no reason now for government to hold up the power.

Are you expecting any responses in this thread? Well, stuff like this gets ignored, because of them being a danger to democracy.
PTI’s stance is being vindicated on a daily basis, and it is just a matter of time before things boil over.

Draft report of the ECP on the 2013 elections
That is the full report. Its extremely long. But I do find the fact that the EU, NDI, FAFEN and the Commonwealth have all stated that this election was a marked improvement from previous elections.
Is it the same report?
Ecp disowns contents of its post election review.

Same report. Election Commissions provide various reports or ideally should. There should be a transparent assessment of each polling station. Meaning the final report of the ECP should consist of the breakdown of voting patterns, allocation percentages who whcih party and final numbers.
That would be a 3 to 4000 page report.
This is a general report from what I can gather on the findings and recommendations based on what the observers saw and said. They focus as you can see on policy, legislation and "legal/human right" related issues. Like Gender, minorities etc.
And the ECP is right this is a short report. Normally from my experience the final report is a 3 or 4 volume book covering data, voting patterns and much more. I did my part with the IEC in Afghanistan, so this should not be seen as the sole report on the elections.

That video is retarded. If handwriting a form because they don't have electricity to type it out is election fraud then I don't know what to say.

So we are back to quoting EU (**who had a presence at 0.15% of the polling station) *and FAFEN (who had a limited presence at no more than 35% of the polling stations*). Now are gonna have a handful of foreigners come in and tell us that the elections were fair, and all the video and photo evidence is doctored or old or irrelevant. Wonder when people will start seeing facts on the ground rather than BS in the air.

Common man can see and make the decision for himself. Your entire parliament believes that rigging took place including the ruling party! Of course loopholes will be magnified, you'd see the desperate nit picking and dumb Raisani's logic of 'election is election, doesn't matter if rigged or fair' in full exercise to save the Sharif family. But the whole gist of the grievance has been verified. The ROs messed up the election which saw the record (?) voters turnaround. And of course why should the ROs be investigated or held accountable? That might get King Nawaz Sharif in some trouble. Who cares. Democracy is democracy, doesn't matter if it's fair or fraud.

Definition correction..burgers are the supposedly westernized Pakistanis in Pakistan who may or may not have had a stint abroad for education or travel. 2nd gen are foreigners not burgers :-)
