That is indeed true and you are correct. However those who are burgers by and large are influenced by western society due to their ability to access it. When older they get their western education and do infact become foreign nationals by either settling down abroad or marrying abroad.
Its usually because those are the ones that can afford to and do assimilate well into foreign society as they are well to do.
