in that case give me ref from Quran or hadeeth where its mentioned that Muhammad SAW is DEAD......

Ahle Sunnah wal Jama'ah believes that the Messengers and Prophets ('alayhi as-salam - peace be upon them) are alive in their graves but in the sense of barzakh and no alive person is aware of that state. However, they are dead in worldly sense. We'll go over cricketplaya's supposedly Sunni fatawa in a moment - more of a heretical Ash'ari/Maturidee believes. Please do read these ayaat with open heart and mind:
Allah says in the Qur'aan (interpretation of the meaning):
Everyone shall taste death. [Surah al-'Imran:185]
Everyone is going to taste death [Surah Al-Anbiya:35]
Everyone shall taste the death. [Surah Al-Ankabut:57]
Muhammad (sal-allahu 'alayhi wa salam) is no more than a Messenger, and indeed (many) Messengers have passed away before him. [Sural al-'Imran:144]
So, the word "Everyone" includes everyone, doesn't it?
