Are you willing to go work as a teacher in those needed areas? They need teachers more than doctors since the literacy rate in pakistan is less than 20% and majority of pakistani population is living in those areas. How about you move to a remote village in sindh or nwfp and teach children how to read and write instead of sitting in your comfy house infront of the computer posting on gs telling doctors what they need to do inorder to be fulfill their "duty"? Go help mankind yourself before pointing your finger at doctors!

4) Why are you making my general statement in to a specific issue?
5) You did not address my observation as true or false ... did what I say offend you because I was wrong or did it offend because it has truth to it?
