Its a problem of 50 % people of this world . We have to handle this a little bit more carefully because separation is easy but if you want to lead a happy life then always there you have to sacrifice in different fields . try to solve it in a good way . they can have a caretaker for their children but please avoid separation . Its not good .saying from my own experience .

yes, sahir lodhi. It was not in news because this happened in the early days of his career. my friend has watched show, in which Sahir replied to the question about divorce and requested the host for change the subject.

You make a valid point. I remember seeing her towards the end of Ramadan with Amir Liaquat on her show. But isn't id'dat mandated for 3 months? Meaning that she is to remain home during that period?

iddat does not mean that you stay home for 3 months and cannot go out at all.

after divorce/hubby's death women can get married again but after three months....as you said this is to ensure that she is not pregnant from her first hubby....and incase she was preg when she got divorced/hubby died then her iddat will finish as soon as she gives the birth.

^ for divorce it is 3 months..........for death it is 4 months 10 days (as per the drama 'ek nazar meri taraf' which I am about to finish soon)

So according to you if one's brother is divorced that automatically grants the fact that sister will be divorced as well. Then you brought in religion.... where does religion tell us any of this????
