Dr Shaista Wahidi Got Divorced turning to be sad enough for her fans is the news of the day that Shaista Lodhi has finally got divorced from her husband.
The famous morning show host of Utho Jago Pakistan, Shaista Lodhi is having tough time of her life. Few months ago, she shifted in a separate apartment and filled divorce papers against her husband that has finally resulted in getting her divorced now. Reportedly, Shaista Lodhi’s husband was against her to be on television and dancing live at the show. She wanted her to spend time with kids and give preference to family and home. Hut unfortunately, she failed to do so.
Shaista Lodhi is mother of three children and has hosted a number of morning shows in her life. She disappeared from the Utho Jago Pakistan morning show due to severe depression caused due to break
Though I have never liked her, but before being Dr. Shaista Wahidi, she is a woman and a mother too. I feel sad to hear such a news. Whatever the circumstances were, but getting divorce with three kids is really a sad news.
I never liked her either and any marriage break up is very sad news indeed especially where children are involved. I did often watch her shows and think how awfully she conducts herself on these shows, not a good role model for growing children, especially with the prancing around the studio, but I guess she learnt the hard way, if at all.
its not supprising for sum reason but also another sad case to here especially when kids are involved, doing moring shows for so long will defiently put pressure on family life feel very sorry for the kids who then have to suffer
Since she divorced for her right to be on TV. Therefore, she has been back on her show for some time.
And apparently she ammounced her name as Sahaista Lodhi on her show today or yesterday.
She is also goiing to be acting in Kis DIn Mera Viyah Season 2.
Keep in mind she was in competition with NK. NK got a show at GEO so she had to. NK got a dicorce so she got one too. :@:
Vaisay, I heard that Farah Hussain and Anjum from IV are also divorced beside NK and Shaista. I was surprised to hear about Farah.

I just wish these anchors would keep their families off the tv, i remembers an year or two back shaista had herfamily...husband and inlaws on show. it was one of those shadi themed shows, they all appeared as the happy family celebrating eachother etc. And now they are divorced. i think Pakistanis should seriously start considering marriage counseling as an option over these quick divorces.
i wonder why her husband did NOT quit his job to look after kids and family...she probably made more money than him...it's a terrible world that dances around a man...she did the right thing having divorced him and now she must move on and NOT mourn over her husband's selfish manly ego. she should be happy and land another show...
...yes, she should ask court to grant her custody of her children!
