The Taliban have their own state and like you said are not even part of the political process. They and their terrorist factories are a threat to the entire world and Pakistan’s existence. **MQM is not engaged in any militancy, at least not any more than ANP, PPP, PML etc. are engaged in. **Don’t confuse political riots with global jihad.
