The Taliban have their own state and like you said are not even part of the political process. They and their terrorist factories are a threat to the entire world and Pakistan's existence. MQM is not engaged in any militancy, at least not any more than ANP, PPP, PML etc. are engaged in. Don't confuse political riots with global jihad.

Actually all the biased media were obsessing (still are) over MQM, but love to gloss over soldiers, civilians dying due to jihadi actions. Speaks of an inherent bias that is the basis of the pakistani establishment mindset to which the media belong. Just look at how quickly the deaths of 4 soldiers at LOC got buried after the initial hoopla, when media establishment found out that it was jihadis who killed them, not indians. Is shahid masood going to devote 5 mins to that incident?

Of course they are. In the US they are known as main stream media (MSM), in pakistan I would call them the establishment media. Same methodology to spoon feed “truth” to the masses. Making an alliance with PPP or ANP does not change the reality of the establishment in Pakistan.

MQM is just a lota militant party who joins this 'istaablishment' everytime a new Govt comes in. The only time they had to face a bit of opposition, they started terrorizing and extorting Karachi in order to somehow make it a point that they wont let anyone else govern Karachi.

Fact is that MQM is the only Party in Pakistan that represents Middle class or down trodden Poor Pakistanis at National level. Though this party is yet to blossom all over Pakistan, time would certainly come. As for other parties, most are either ethnic based, sectarian based (most religious parties in Pakistan are sectarian based) or parties of thugs and crooks.

As the rest of the world chants 'Global War on Terror', you come here day after day turning a blind eye to a declared terrorist organization a.k.a. MQM, as proven by international courts. So you see that is why there are so many people against MQM because every terrorist organization should be eliminated virtually and realistically.
I understand you might quickly call me a liar and post tangent posts that contradict each other, so before you do that, Please know that i can provide proof and evidence of MQM having been declared a terrorist organization. Are you a supporter of such an organization?
