After Kashmir, West Bengal has got the highest concentration of muslim population. In West Bengal, muslim population is 30% and not a single communal riot has occured since independence. In Kerala, muslims are over 20% and communal riots are unheard here too. In Gujarat, muslims are just 4% and that is why this could happen. In other areas where muslim population is large enough, Hindus are always scared.
In US, white people are about 80% and rest are blacks but there are no riots. In fact, white people are scared of blacks.
