My wife as well as my mom makes Square paratha's ... but i've seen round paratha , often ..
and my mother in law (Niksik's mom) makes triangular paratha.
anyone remember layer walay parathay , where you bailo the aata, role it like a tube, and coil it up in spiral shape, and bailo it again ..
My dadi makes triangular parathas and nani makes round and layered ones...FAntabulous!
