Don't give up. Put your trust in Allah, he will help even in your darkest hour. We all go through tough trials, but it's how we deal with them that actually matters. You should go to a good lawyer and sort out custody, if possible - even if it means you see your son for only a few hours a week. Please don't go away just yet because that will be running away from your problems, which you cannot afford to do because you have a son who needs attention. If you did go away, then there may be chances that this will never get sorted out because your husband may have more ammunition against you.
