Hey I am not saying that . A study found that out.
Women find domestic chores are ‘therapeutic’ - This Britain, UK - The Independent
Study, commissioned by the Discovery Home and Health TV website, found that the average woman between 18 and 80 spent nine years, two months and 25 days of her adult waking life cleaning and tidying. But 59 per cent of the women interviewed would have it no other way and said “cleaning makes them feel in control of their lives”, while 60 per cent said they found it “mentally therapeutic”.
Agree or disagree ?
We didn't need a study to tell us that keeping busy is therapeutic. : )
How much money do they waste on such studies?

Yup ... washing the dishes and even shovelling the driveway (at night, alone) can be relaxing and therapeutic.

Re: Domestic Chores are theraputic.
just for women?
a neat clean and organized place is soothing and comfortable
and unless someone is a hoarder and freezes, regaining order calms senses.

I agree.. when I’m upset/angry.. a messy room makes it worse Cleaning keeps me busy and the result makes me feel a little better
Thats the only time I actually want to do any chore

Re: Domestic Chores are theraputic.
But that would mean taking control of women's lives away from them.
We wouldnt want to that PCG.

Re: Domestic Chores are theraputic.
I'm such a bum at cleaning up my house, but I do agree it feels good to have it tidy, doesn't necessarily mean I have to do it myself!
