Yes, Nawaz sharif received UN speech from GHQ hours before his speech.

i mean why is it not obvious, Army general commutes or orders execution of people. He makes policies, he launches operations etc. I doubt he will follow orders if NS asked him to attack india or shoot down drones. but at the same time NS will do whatever RS wants

For the lust of power and money N$ can do anything. Even he is prepared to work as ‘chaprasi’ and sit outside of CAOS office.
