This "do they deserve it" thing has gone on for too long now...army generals have always used this to extend their rule. "Pakistani politicians don't deserve to rule the country" "Pakistani journalists don't deserve freedom" "Civilians don't deserve this, they don't deserve that"
Heck its they the generals who don't deserve a thing! They our our servants and they should serve the nation by doing the job they take oath for period!
