Some can move on and find a replacement or believe (waqt her zakhm ka marham hai). Baqol Shair:

Others who once self-oriented and having made their life dedicted to one person, when lose such person, can’t coup with such loss and therefore don’t ready to accept a replacement or new person. Baqol Shair:
Jo zindagi thi meri jaan wo tere sath gai
Ab to sirf umr ke naqshe main rung bharna hai
