IMO, I think God does have sense of humor based on the fact that he has other senses. But since religion is such a serious matter and we only know God through religion, he didn’t want to be *funny *about it.

The last verse of Surah Al-Ikhlas explains it all.
The Holy Quran : Chapter 112: Al-Ikhlas
[112:5] And there is none like unto Him.
Allah can see and hear, but NOT in the way we see and hear, as we are dependent on organs, air, light and other means (sources) to see, listen...etc but Allah doesn't require anything and is independent of everything in every way as mentioned.
[112:3] Allah the Independent and Besought of all
The moment you are able to compare anything with God, than that is not God. Because in the first verse of the same surah it mentions
[112:2] Say 'He is Allah, the One!
Allah is unique in "Every" way. No other living things possess anything the way Allah possess, and no other livingthing "performs" any action the way Allah "performs"
For example. We can't say that God is "infinite" times stronger than Arnold Schwartznager, because we have "NO IDEA" of what kind of strength Allah possess.
Similarly we have NO idea in ANY WAY **about **ANYTHING which is related to Allah "Except" what has been told to us in the Holy books ( Presently only in Holly Quran)
We use the words "see", "listen", becomes "happy" or "Angry" only for our understanding as our brains are too limited and does not have the capability to understanding beyond this.
That is why we have been advised by the Holy Prophet (saw) to not think in detail about things related to Allah which our mind has absolutely "NO capability" to comprehend.
^ The above advice was given after some jews came to the Prophet (Saw) and tried to ask confusing questions like "Is God capable of making such a big stone that even he himself can't lift ? "
^Such questions are misleading as you cant say "yes" and you can't say "No" as a reply.

Do you have any reference for this really happening because if I recall right this question was proposed by a French mathematician Fermat in some 17th or 18th century.

@ Light bearer brother. You might be right. I learned about that incident of Jews from a scholar and InshAllah I would try to mention here if I am able to find the exact referrence.

Absolutely! Can you imagine Him watching us all bashing each other claiming "mine is the best belief!" when really the simplest solution stares at us in our faces, but we are too proud to see it...yep He sure has a sense of Humour!
