I believe he was just refering to Akmal’s injury and It’s back up, not generalizing as such. As for a good Captain, he has to swap players. Tours are not just to be won, but are practicals where you can learn about your own players, teams and team management. If you don’t give them chances at Tours, where then? At WCs?
