it seems it matters a lot to pakistani people. i visited pakistan in about 8 years and the first thing my bro. in law said after my 19hr flight was you look much darker then before. i told him i was still far more good looking then he ever will be. the chemist store in supper market in islamabad, i am forgetting the name right now, is full of 'whitening creams' of all kinds. i think it is a complex that white skin is better, maybe due to the british ruling us for ages and leaving us with inferiority complex. here in the us, the boys usually go for tanner or olive sink girls as they are more attractive in their opinion.
