i want to highlight/dye my very dark brown hair for my wedding.
i saw this girl on the way home who had the hair i wanted, however i was not insane enough to follow her around looking lke some lesbo stalker…she had lovely hair…now i wanted something like that. obviously you guys dnt know what im taalking about, but if you could post some pics of hair thats highlighted brown with streaks of brown caramel honey kinda colpurs would be great…i like kareena kapoors culour in jab we met…but am too scared to do it…how would you kniw if it suits you or not…

my hair is the same as psquared but its a bit more brown than red.
One thing i would say is if you do highlight your hair with brownyness go for an all over brown colour with brown highlights.
Please do not do random streaks in black hair it looks really bad i think.
YEH thats what i would like too. do you have a pic alvena....either of the exact culour or ur own hair...of course i would respect your wishes to not show your face. im just in a bit of a muddle with hair culur. never dyed it lighter before only darker, so am worried sick il look silly.

I actually didnt ask for a specific color but I did discuss with the stylist to give her an idea of what I want.
Basically, we went lighter...a lot lighter because my hair is generally jet black. What you can say is you want to go lighter and keep it to a brown shade. This way, if you want to go lighter, you can do it slowly rather then end up with red hair and not like it.
