Depends on what the very common desi last name is. Something like Fakhar Butt…not so much.

Bingo! that’s what I meant… a name like Fakhar Butt , Seema Butt or Amina Butt can be very traumatizing in the western world - of course, no disrespect to that last name - I have many dear friends who are Butts.
