I have a question lets see if any of you knows the answer…
if someone has fractured their arm and its been bandaged…but then they at times feel their fingers feeling really stiff (i.e. they cant close them to make a fist)…why does that happen? (it only happens sometimes)

u probably havent use arm to much lately, which reduced ur finger movement to, and plus, i think ur finger bones are connected to ur arm.....or it can be carpotunnel! or tendentitis..but fingers dont have tendents..

nerves get pressurized sometimes, blood stops, million different reasons, person cant feel pain even in closing it, it gets numb, bone cant provide proper 'mechanism' to close the fist..
it depends.. in my fractures, there were two where i couldnt make the fist in the first two hours, but after that i was able to ..

he can move his fingers and make his fist...but sometimes he says it just "freezes/stiffens"....wil get it checked by doctor tomorrow.
i was thinking maybe the blood supply stops thats why....but it happens for no reason....suddenly...so im not sure.
