Do You Wake Your Wife Up

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

he hardly eats breakfast , so no issue for me.

But I do make him breakfast (and lunch and dinner) whenever he wants. Dont see the big deal about it.

Once he did wake me up at 5 AM to make him pancakes. :nahi:

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

PCG, that is so cute.

My mum doesnt quite believe in bazaar ki roti so she makes rotis all the time for my dad and bro..

And no, my hubby doesnt wake me up to make him breakfast.. i have to wake him up to say breakfast is ready, its cold.. can u come and eat it. But that's only on weekends... on weekdays, we both grab takeway breakfast from the fridge.. so it's pretty arrite.. we open up each others breakfast while driving to work.. and that's cute enough for me :)

I agree with Mc12IT. Honestly, you can do a bowl of cereal for yourself and asking your wife to get up just to make you that bowl is pretty ridiculous. Doing nice stuff can be done after waking up from a decent night's rest.

Again it depends. If a guy is total clutter waking up in the morning, and he can't find his tie, can't find his darn socks, etc, then she can help by organizing things for him so he's not late to work.

I can understand a fried egg. You can fry an egg while your husband is getting dressed to save him some time.

But a bowl of cereal?

Please, TLK. Honestly.

but before that its paratha attack on plates :)

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

Not funny. Watch out before you get as big as that dude in your avatar. He looks like he'd be on the table having a bypass by 40.

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

I make breakfast for myself, and kids on weekdays and for whole family on weekends

:rotfl:

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

these days my bro wake me at fajar to help him for the lunch and sometimes breakfast. and its not cuz i find it a womanly duty but cuz i totally understand his situation. i myself need someones assistant when i am leaving for school-work-party-shopping.

I used to make breakfast for my ex every day even when I was not suppose to go to work simply because I didnt want him to go hungry.

Husband wife relationship should not be about reminding each others about their duties all the time. There are two ways of making someone do something you want .....zabardasti ya phir pyar sey. In husband wife relationship it shd always be pyar sey.

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

I guess i will wake up myself, such a wet wife i m gonna be.:halo:

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

All I take in the morning is a cup of tea and I never make tea and toasts or whatever when he's at home because he makes the best tea in the world, and when he's not around I make the breakfast for kids.

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

myy hubby wakes up first then he wakes me too for making the breakfast....:)

i wake up first and make breakfast and his lunch if i havent made it the night before. i myself only eat cereal but he likes anda and bread. i dont mind at all. he will always try and make it easy for me and on the days i am ill and tired he will grab a bowl of cereal .

seriously these are not even issues in a married life or in any life .......

I try not to. Sometimes if she wakes up and catches making my own breakfast then she gets mad at me for not waking her up to make my breakfast.

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

Me and hubby make brekky together

I make the tea and toast while he makes the fried eggs and then we sit

with the kids and eat together as a family

But I have to make breakfast and pack lunch for my daughter anyways…might as well do it for the hubby too…it feels really good trust me…gosh I’m such old school thought :bummer: PaR likh ker sab gawaa diya :nahi:

Re: Do You Wake Your Wife Up

Vat happined?

Aray baba why are we stuck with the menu? Its not about what he eats for breakfast, we are talking about wifey (if available and its ok with her) fixing some breakfast for the hubby.
