If a woman gets pregnant during a one night stand wtih some guy she hardly knows, she’s legally allowed to have an abortion even if by some chance the dude enters the picture and wants to have the kid.

She can do that even if the man is her husband. I think it is justified/fair. The 9 months are on her, not on him.
