Well women are more likely to get assaulted since they’re physically weaker and because some men can be absolute thugs, but if she’s some place safe then why not?

The girls could go out in groups or be dropped off and picked up by a relative but obviously a lot of parents would still say ‘no’..

Here in the UK I honestly think most of the time the safety thing is just an excuse.. ('What if she meets someone? Arranged marriage goes down the drain)..
