Shoddy article at best … For me concerning this topic … God does not take chances … He leaves nothing to probability so each Choice He makes is definite … Which means in order to be heard for a du’a … It is not a matter of random chance, but a matter that is known through the tadbir of Allah (SWT), where He has already granted the du’a to people before they have asked for it in His Wisdom, but they play out the sequence that brings them towards His intended outcome.
The chance is therefore only apparent.
