Um…Southie…I don’t claim to be a culinary expert but I doubt that hard-shell tacos and others foods in the same vein such as nachos often feature as “gourmet” foods. Gourmet tends to be refined cuisine and there ain’t nuthin’ refined about a loud crunch that sends the filling contents spilling out the other end.
