from what i've heard through friends & relatives (as i do not live in pak, full disclaimer here!) in khi, defence main paani ka barra masla hai ( i assume that means pipelines???) so it's really not a desirable place to build unless you're in the first 5 phases???...also, last time i was there...i noticed all these laakhon kai mahal that are deteriorating from the outside because all these new phases have reached so close to the sea, that the salt in the air is corroding the exteriors....can any karachiites shed some light on this?
