Do you live a sedentary or active lifestyle ?

I used to run and swim in the past but now do nothing. :frowning:
Not happy about it. But am not willing to give up other things in life (like visiting GS at all odd hours :@:) to make time for exercise.
The result being that I feel lousy most days of the year.

I used to love running during Winters in snow covered fields in the middle of the day.
It was so therapeutic.
Until the work thing started getting in the way.

Once you let it go, it is a slippery slope.

What do other people do ?
Are you happy with your lifestyle as far as physical activity goes ?

i wasnt happy with my dull routine of life so i just started aerobics

boxing football and athletics. so id say im pretty active

I Reeact scenes from old gangster movies, that keeps me pretty active i guess.

I have joined gym two days back.

Planning to join gym since last few years :)

Only activity is almost monthly visit to shooting range. else not much :(

Gym, Rock Climbing, Badminton,

Cricket in the summer

Football is something I rarely play now :(

i have turned totally sedentary. Apart from usual household chores, I don’t think I have much of physical activity !

I used to play badminton and basketball during my college days … :hinna:

I used to do so many things before…but now nothing…

I used to play : Badminton, Basketball, did swimming, ballet & classical dancing, would go for jogging with my dad, or just hit the treadmill, cycling…but now I feel like a couch potato… :bummer:

I workout at home whenever I get too bored(when the power goes out).
Will probably have to join the gym to create a routine, as I just started working.

For the people thinking of joining a gym, are you sure 3 months from now you will still be
going regularly or will you be wasting money for nothing ?

I hope you are not signing long contracts that you can't get out of later, when the honeymoon period is over. :)

out of which, I use the cycling one…sorry, dont know their names…:frowning:

I am seeing that this infatuation is going to lead to an unhappy situation sooner or later.

That might result in you getting banned from GS until after the election. The Pakistani one.

I am just concerned how will you ever survive without the daily GS fix ?
