Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

I’m talking about the lone surviving 26/11 militant.

I know this might sound like an outrageous question. But, honestly speaking, I feel pity for this guy. After all, he was not born bad. I call him an example of a grave crisis of civilization. I can explain my point if I’m asked. At only 21, all he deserves are hate & death. He has been spoilt to such an extent that he mindlessly ruined so many lives, including his own. Pathetic!

Please don’t bring politics & the India-Pakistan thing here! View it from the angle of humanity!

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

^ Yes, I pity him because at an age when most young people are coming out of college and looking ahead at a career his life is all but over.

But he is an adult, and he committed murder (in addition to a host of other offences) so he needs to pay for it.

P.S. Just realized that this is your first post  Way to go :k:

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

Had he been an American fighter pilot and dropped a bomb and killing scores he probably would've been a Hero or something similar

Just look around open ur eyes and see urself ...... If u r in uniform and kill innocent PPL u get away with it almost anywhere in the world and i'm making no difference of India, Pakistan, China, USA, UK, Isreal, Russia and many more etc. etc.

It depends on which side of the fence u stand ......

I'm of the firm belief that if u do good or bad/evil u reap the reward within ur life.

My personal opinion is that every single individual, once alleged to a crime, should be brought to justice but by following the standard code-of-conduct and in an ethical way.
Kasab has surely done worse but what I see here is that he is right now given a in-human and hardcore treatment that involves physical as well as mental third degree torture. He is given minimum human rights. This is what I'm against. Kasab will be given a death-sentence but that doesnt mean he is treated the way he is right now.
And its not becuz its happening in India only. Look at what was done in Guontanomo-bay. Look at what was done with Saddam Hussain right seconds before he was ready to be hung. Why go that far, look at what some of the guppies wrote in the scary "PA" forum of GS when few mullah were caught in Swat. Some of those very well educated (my guess) Guppies suggested that those arrested should be "tortured to death"..
So my dear, its all about humanity. No matter if someone has committed the worse crime. Let the punishment be given in by the one who is authorized to do so, not us.

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

^refreshing to read this perspective here

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

He was old enough to understand what he was doing so i won't ever feel sorry for someone like him.

Kasab is a hero
May Allah (SWT) grant him a place in paradise

seems the guy took his own name "Kasaab" in the literal sense........:(

Yeh with all the suicider's ;)

i have pity on him because it is not him who did that but a mindset and those are are turning these young men in to monsters whoever they are..

How aware are you that Kasab is being subjected to third degree torture.

Also how about the so called mullahs who advocate killing all the kuffar and also the taliban who bomb girls' schools. Should they also be punished.

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

^ i dont think the point is whether a person taking up violence is guilty or not. rather how should they be treated, so far the treatment has been anything but humane. call it whatever but it goes agiasnt humanity.

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

Mr.Kasab acts in an immature manner.

After the shootout that led to his arrest, this guy came out of the car and fell down(he had injury in his hand)and when all other bad guys got killed in the shoot out ,this guy remained on the ground and asked while being taken to an ambulance, whether those policepersonnel got killed?!!!

At hospital,he first said he wanted to die ,later he changed his stance saying he wanted to live.

At court ,the judge had to warn him repeatedly for not being a good guy.

A few beeks back his bad guy was smiling at the Public Proseutor ,before the court procedures started. When P.P asked him why was he laughing ,he said he did not do any crime. The P.P asked him,why was he lying ,even after killing so many people,he said all the charges were framed.

The other day when a 10 year old girl identified him, this lad was sitting head down, holding in his hands...........

If he is indeed a Pakistani, he should be TRIED in a Pakistani court not Indian court and Pakistan should appeal to the UN for his safety. Some newspaper reports I read said he was being forced to eat Pork- this shows how ruthless and zaalim can Indians can be.

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

As,somebody on this forum pointed out,if you are caught with your pants down in another country,it's your responsibility to deal the thing and do not expect others to come and save you.

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?

And no wonder this lad is being given third degree treatment. Can somebody expect him to be treated like any other ordinary criminal, when this lad is reposible for killing many?

A myriad number of cases have been levelled against him .Plotting against India,Intruding in to India,Entering of India without possessing valid documents, waging war against India,Killing of innoscent civilians, killing of police personnel, possession of banned weapons,Mass murder ,Terrorism etc.............

What sort of treatment do you expect for a guy against whom so many cases are charged ?

Some newspaper?
Takbeer, perhaps. ;)

You can not even give the source of your information?

Please dont make statements in the air. Considering the crime that he has committed, I think he has been given exceptional treatment.

Well, there is nothing unsual in that.Beef, the interrogators and other officials my not be taking .So the only available fat rich food is Pork.Fat will keep him fit enough to endure more probings.........

As ragds to your UN stuffs.............. Mate it's really hilarious to read that post. Why would U.N even bother to look in to this case?

this is what Pakistan doing with terrorists since her birth, but this time Kasab lungur is under our Kamini police custody they won't let him alive or die on any cost.
