Had he been an American fighter pilot and dropped a bomb and killing scores he probably would've been a Hero or something similar
Just look around open ur eyes and see urself ...... If u r in uniform and kill innocent PPL u get away with it almost anywhere in the world and i'm making no difference of India, Pakistan, China, USA, UK, Isreal, Russia and many more etc. etc.
It depends on which side of the fence u stand ......
I'm of the firm belief that if u do good or bad/evil u reap the reward within ur life.
That is how societies are established. Those killings are legal under legal codes, where killings by individual like him are not. That is the big diff...
As for the topic of discussion, I have no sympathy for him or likes of him. Lawlessness and terrorism must be condemn no matter where it is...especially when innocent people are the victims. That is why I say give him fair trial, and hang him. End of the story.
Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?
Hanging him will be a very soft punishment for him.
he should be subjected to every kind of inhumane and painful tortures ever.
he is NOT a human and should NOT be thought as one too.
I do not feel sorry for him. He is responsible for his actions no matter what led to them. I do wish to understand how he got from being some mother's baby to this point in his life. "Know thine enemy".
As for "being forced to eat pork" -- he forfeited his claim of being a Muslim when he committed mass murder. So it doesn't matter what he eats. I know lots of pork eaters who are far better Muslims than he.
However, he must be given a fair trial, according to the laws of the country in which he committed his crimes, and he should not be tortured, but simply and cleanly executed if/when he is convicted.
A just society does not decide that the quality of the judicial system is calibrated according to the heinousness of the crime in question. A fair legal system will apply the same procedures because they are fair and just in all cases. So too the inmates at Guantanamo should be given trials. Even Jeffrey Dahmer got a trial.
Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?
I don't know how much the media tells now a days is truw or not...so can't really judge.
But then we are not supposed to treat the bad guys ... bad. Then where's the difference. He/she should be punished, but under the PRoPER law. If we can't manage, how would u expect anyone to change his stance...
If he is indeed a Pakistani, he should be TRIED in a Pakistani court not Indian court and Pakistan should appeal to the UN for his safety. Some newspaper reports I read said he was being forced to eat Pork- this shows how ruthless and zaalim can Indians can be.
Whatelse do you expect from Indians anyway???
He is responsible for his own actions, did he seek government's approval before taking such a step???? Why should government help him now????
this is what Pakistan doing with terrorists since her birth, but this time Kasab lungur is under our Kamini police custody they won't let him alive or die on any cost.
But they also have a moderate secular government at the center- they should release him just the way Pakistan released Kashmir Singh.

Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?
Mr.Kasab had a shot of weep at court a couple of days back when he was shown his own photographs of moving around the CST terminal, his killing sprees etc etc. Those photos were taken by a freelance photographer.More people identified him at court on that day.
Re: Do you have any sympathy for Kasab?
The other day a Muslim also identified Mr.Kasab.he said mr.Kasab was dancing around while engaging in shooting spree.
(I believe it was because of the reverberation generated by his kalashnikkov ,he was seemed like dancing)
I'm talking about the lone surviving 26/11 militant.
I know this might sound like an outrageous question. But, honestly speaking, I feel pity for this guy. After all, he was not born bad. I call him an example of a grave crisis of civilization. I can explain my point if I'm asked. At only 21, all he deserves are hate & death. He has been spoilt to such an extent that he mindlessly ruined so many lives, including his own. Pathetic!
Please don't bring politics & the India-Pakistan thing here! View it from the angle of humanity!
no, i do not feel pity for any of his kind of people....all of them who are brought up to be against un-beleivers (as per their self styled definitions of religion)...his mind was spoiled when he attended a madrisa in his childhood.
was not he on a holy mission....if 'yes'....we have a right to condemn all his like minded gentry.
