I remember that when the first time I went with my friend to a hotal, I did not know that people give tip to the people who serve them. So after eating meal I gave him money and when he gave back the rest of money in a file. I took all the money but I saw a dull sad smile on the face of the quiet waiter.

When I came out of the hotel, my friend told me that I was suppose to leave some money on the table and it is called “tip”. I felt very bad. I thought I should immediately go back and pay him money, but my friend said that it would not be appropriate and I might give when I come to the same place the next time.

That night when I went to bed, the expression of that waiter came infront of me and brought tears to my eyes and I felt very bad about my mistake, as if I had taken away anyone’s right.

tips are given everywhere…pakistan, india, Uk, US, Canada, etc, etc… and you are supposed to know, how come you never know…:halo:
