ofcourse for people who cant care less,, its no big issue, yeah its punjab, everythings fine... but the question is simple,, why should it be a part of punjab? like ive explained above, and like Faruk Khan has said,,, to us its a big deal,, everyone has their own way of looking at things, and we take our roots and heritage seriously. It has nothing to do with us being superior or inferior or being any less Pakistani. Its about basic identity, every race has a difference identity, and we know what ours is, and we know which province we belong to. Why are we even talking about partitions and Afghans in here??? its about NWFP and Attock and Mianwali, and we have stated logical reasons.... now to say oh but ur a musim and then a pakistani, and thats it,,, thats a load of rubbish... We arent talking about Patrotism here.... Its about heritage and identity and we'd like to keep it alive and where it belongs. Punjab is a separate land with a different language and culture... keeping these areas with Punjab makes no sense at all.

Why should the Hindko-speaking Hazara region be part of NWFP/Pakhtunkwa? Also, why should seraiki-majority D I Khan and non-Pakhtun speaking districts like Chitral and Kohistan be included in this province?

The 5 million non-Pakhtun speakers of NWFP, have their own languages, heritage, identities and crucially historically defined territories as well. I see very little reason why they should be part of the Pakhtunkwa project, and should be separated from NWFP to create their own regions, or merge with other provinces.
