I know for a fact that i can perhaps never enjoy the whole working out regime but i only do it to loose some weight and when i m at my goal weight i mite continue it to maintain it but i highly doubt it lolā¦i wouldnt mind going for walks though :P. I can never understand and relate to those people who totally love their workoutsā¦i wish one day i can be like that too :P.
I do it because I want to stay healthy and in shape. Here in America I often see Grandparents (60+) living alone, driving, traveling running after their grandkids and get this⦠jogging for a couple miles.
I want to be like thatā¦independent, and living a long healthy lifeā¦inshAllah.
Second reasonā¦itās because I find it to be therapeutic. It relieves stress and makes me feel goodā¦and yes i do enjoy it as well.
if you don't like working out at the gym, you can always get one of those dance dvds and learn dance. Dancing gives you a great workout and hopefully you enjoy it too or do you not like dance either?
Plus you don't have to jog all the time, walking is supposed to be a great way to exercise and it causes less injuries. I guess you should do whatever you like/enjoy and keeps you active

very true. I take Zumba classes. It's the best cardio workout ever! The hr goes by so quickly and you end up burning at least 500 calories.

yea it's fun and just so I don't get bored of doing the same thing everyday, I got bellydancing and bhangra(not too good at it:D)dvds so I do that the times I don't feel like going to the gym and there's this 8min abs workout that targets key spots on the abs so I'm always doing something different each time.
You might wanna try some other kind of dance that you enjoy, believe me, dancing is definitely a workout
You are flying my joke again :no: Like I said, I have ordered a bike and Iāll just go ride it in the evenings Not sure for how long Iāll do that until it gets old and I abandon the bike.
i just worked out today after ages... did 40 minutes on teh treadmill and while i hate the feeling while i'm doing it..it felt good that 10 second later, knowing i ran thta. ok that doesnt make any sense, wahtever.
