Gol guppay…aka…pani puri? They are basically these shells which you crack open and fill with chanay, potatoes, onions and top with chutneys.

No curry involved, so you shouldn’t be repulsed by them…i think/hope.

I know what it is, I just didn’t know the name. I eat a few plain here and there. Not really interested in putting that brown water in it.
