Always have… Even more so now than before. I have had some interesting paranormal experiences in the last two years. I cannot deny it.

Well I do believe, since my sisters and brother have felt some paranormal activities in our house back home. they have even seen some form of Jin or called it some “Naik Bazurg”. who never harmed anyone around.

I had out of body experiences multiple times in the lat two years. I have seen things or shadows watching me around my bed. I have experienced really horrifying sleep paralysis as well. I stopped having these experiences a little bit ago. Then my father passed away, now it seems to be coming back. The moments before my father passed away, I felt him wake me from sleep. My Dad had been in coma for five days! We were all in the hospital. I was asleep in the waiting room alone! I felt the strange breeze and a weird touch. just knew it was him! Then a minute later, Blue Code alarm was set off for his room. I ran to the room only to see doctors perform another unsuccessful CPR. He passed away… Then exactly seven days later, I excused myself from everyone and went up to one of the bedrooms in my parents’ house. I was crying and was calling out to my dad, then suddenly I saw this blue swirl appearing in front of my eyes. The room was completely dark, no electronics were on, no tv, no phone, nothing! I asked the light ( I know it sounds weird), “is that you? Why don’t you talk to me and tell me where you are?” then the swirl moved right next to me and formed somewhat a human shape and disappeared. I did not feel fear. I felt peace and love…

I know it’s hard to believe but someone as skeptical as I am felt like I was going insane!

Wow. I experienced something similar after my Ammi passed away. It was about 3-4 months after her passing. Both my sisters had gone back to their homes (one in another state, the other overseas) and we all three had the exact same experience on the same night. I can’t explain it.

Ever read books on people who do these** thought focusing exercises**?

These exercises make people very sensitive and best thing…mind becomes very sharp and memory gets enhanced.

People do experience a lot of ‘paranormal’ events while focusing**.

Try to read Raees Amrohvi’s (Famous poet and writer) books. (I do not believe everything he wrote though)

No, I don’t. It’s mainly because if I witnessed some weird paranormal activity while I was alone at home at night, I’d probably die right then and there of a heart attack.

You mean meditation? I did meditate quite heavily so yes, you are right. I stopped meditating so much after expriencing sleep paralysis. That was just horrifying! I would avoid sleeping for nights..

I don’t know what I believe in anymore. However, experiencing the paranormal does not prove the existence of God as defined by religions. Does this prove there is life outside the physical body? Yes. I will let my mind be made by my own experiences. One thing I do know now is that arguing about beliefs is ridiculous because everyone has different experiences that shape their belief system.

Yes.

I purposefully did not use the word meditation since some people try to relate it to religion, which is fine but other people try to relate it to funny acts and postures like ‘Yoga’ which does nothing whatsoever BY ITSELF to enhance brain activity.

I still have to find out how sleep paralysis can be related to MIND FOCUSING exercises. It is related to disruption of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep.
