Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
Yes, I believe in it.
I have seen them in action along with another witness.
I think, I think I had seen some thing too.
I am pretty sure I did.

Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
There are certain types of meditation practices that can induce sleep paralysis and astral projection. REM disruption is the medical diagnosis for it but it doesn’t explain what causes REM disruption. There are certain Chakra meditation practices that I truly now believe can cause you to have out of body experiences, in other words REM disruption. I have seen things as vivid as the day so I am convinced.

Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
Yes, I have seen/heard things that can’t be explained away rationally.
I have also had people I know experience things (mainly possession by Jinn) right in front of me several times, only to be perfectly lucid later. And no, I wouldn’t attribute it to epilepsy since epilepsy doesn’t discriminate based on location.
Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
So I was right assuming you had paranormal experience(s) because of being engaged in these kind of activities?
This is very big topic. Very fascinating.
Those who love and worship science can learn from it that science cannot explain everything.
On the other hand, some “paranormal acts” can still be explained by simple brain “malfunction”.
Speaking of third eye, Pineal ‘gland’ has been considered the seat of ‘third eye’. It has function related to darkness and hence those indulged in these activities prefer darkness…and seclusiveness.

Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
Lol its not matter of belief, a person doesn’t have to believe in headaches for them to be headaches
What you described is sleep paralysis.
Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
‘‘Sleep paralysis is a feeling of being conscious but unable to move. It occurs when a person passes between stages of wakefulness and sleep. During these transitions, you may be unable to move or speak for a few seconds up to a few minutes. Some people may also feel pressure or a sense of choking. Sleep paralysis may accompany other sleep disorders such as narcolepsy. Narcolepsy is an overpowering need to sleep caused by a problem with the brain’s ability to regulate sleep.’’
''Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon in which people, either when falling asleep or wakening, temporarily experience an inability to move (being paralyzed). More formally, it is a transition state between wakefulness and rest characterized by complete muscle atonia (muscle weakness). It can occur at sleep onset or upon awakening, and it is often associated with terrifying visions (e.g. an intruder in the room), to which one is unable to react due to paralysis. ‘’
Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
I agree it was probably sleep paralysis. When we sleep our brain shuts down (paralyzed) part of brain that is responsible for things like walking so you don’t get up and walk off when you have a dream. Its our body’s evolutionary way of protecting us from harming ourselves & it is often associated with phenomenon described by you.
Re: Do you believe in paranormal?
So, you have plan to disagree with me in future…![]()
Yes. Very likely.
