Do You Believe in Ghost Spirits?

Thankyou.

Yeah , humzaad is a negative character and de-rails a person, but if controlled, can be very beneficial.

Yep, you are right..... not very easy to control though..... this can only be done if you have your Mushid's "nazar" on you.....

Yes but how does that prove that they are not in Barzakh but roaming the earth like ghosts in western culture?

Humzaad= Qareen.

And you don't need any "NAZAR" /help from any murshid!!! You need to have love of Allah in your heart, that's all that is needed to keep it away.

Re: Do You Believe in Ghost Spirits?

.....yep, and love of Allah and Rasool Paak (SAW) is soo easily achieved, isn't it??!!! I am not talking about the ordinary "common man" love.... I am talking about ISHQ for Allah and Rasool Paak (SAW).... which can only ever be understood if you are on THE PATH (Roohaniyat)!!!
...and nor am I talking about just controlling the Humzaad so that the person does not do bad deeds etc.....
.....it's obvious you have no idea what i'm talking about, so lets just leave it at that eh!!!....no, I do not wish to explain further... the person who that post was directed towards knows what I am referring to...

That's what I want to know..

What tariqa do you follow then?

Also, anyone reading your previous post: "ONLY murshid's nazar" , they would assume that a person can*'t* fight the shayateen without a help of a shaykh.... which totally not true!

Not all spirits go to Barzakh because:

1.Not all spirits are muslims.
2.Not all Muslim spirits are pious enough.

Many muslim spirits suffer the torment in grave after their death due to their sins. However, this torment can end due to following reasons:
1. Sadqa-e-jaria
2. family/relatives/friends who pray for them and recite ALLAH's ayats for them.
3. Some WALI-ALLAH conducts some chilla in a certain area which is close-by/near a graveyard and after his chilla to please ALLAH ,in his prayer he also prays for souls of dead muslims and ALLAH elevates the status of those sinful muslim spirits also.

Those spirits go to Barzakh directly which are very strong. Weak spirits cannot go to Barzakh directy without help from reasons stated above.

A weak spirit is the one who in his life kept running after wordly things, like money, houses, cars and ignored salah and Koran and did actions liked by satan like flirting, adultery, frauds, lies etc. He maybe a healthy person in his life but his spirit is weak because he fell as satan victim through these acts.

A strong spirit is the one which is pious and stays away from wordly filth.
A strong spirit maybe of a person who is physically weak and has killed his lust for wordly desires (nafs), but stays in constant "zikr" of ALLAH through salah and good deeds etc.

No offense but that sounds like an occult ritual. Are you sure that’s right?

There are many many ways and means to reach ALLAH.There are easy ways and there are hard ways.

I will give an example.
In general, be a good muslim by obeying ALLAH. It may sound very easy but infact it becomes easy once satan's constant attacks are ALWAYS thwarted by you. You are so strong in your belief for ALLAH that try as he might, satan can do no damage to you. Im not talking about being a muslim, im talking about ibadat. Once you start offering 5 times prayers as farz but want to do more for glory from ALLAH, like tahajud, chasht salah etc and recite Koran everyday, satan will become alert. and then start attacking you. After sometime if u fall victim of satan, you will stop praying tahajud with a genuine excuse mind you, that may very well be, lack of sleep hindering concentration on my job etc. maybe after a few days you even stop reciting Koran because you are tired from constant meetings in office and a tough schedule has come up, but ur mind is satisfied that atleast im praying 5 times a day and get up for fajr.
ALLAH has send ayats in Koran plus references in hadith are present that will not allow satan to put negative thoughts in you when u go that extra step for ALLAH. Imagine offering a year of tahajud namaz of full 365 days, no matter what.

Bear in mind that a WALI-ALLAH will take you to ALLAH through a "shortcut" by making your task very easy.

If you have a backing of some WALI-ALLAH and you have requested Him to pray to ALLAh that you want to come near ALLAH through ibadat.
Firstly, that WALI-ALLAH will pray to ALLAH to lock up the satan from stopping you from ibadat. The difference between our prayers (duas) and his prayer (dua) is that, His prayer(dua) is accepted atonce since He is closer to ALLAH than us.

Secondly, He will tell you ways to do some ibadat to get closer to ALLAH more quickly.

Now for a general concept in Roohaniat: (Connection of WALI-ALLAH to ALLAH)

A WALI-ALLAH is connected to ALLAH through a certain channel. This channel starts from Hazrat Muhammad (saw) , then to Hazrat Ali (R.A) and from Hazrat hasan Basri (R.A) comes down to that WALI-ALLAH's own murshid and last to that WALI-ALLAH.

"...Al-Tirmidhi and al-Hakim has quoted on the authority of 'Ali who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'I am the city of knowledge and 'Ali is its gate'..."

This hadith is also a big hint, that a channel is there for anyone to reach Hazrat Muhammad (saw) and that is through Hazrat ALI (R.A).

In roohaniat, a WALI-ALLAH even will make dua using his murshid's name, not his own name(making His murshid as waseela). That dua will travel upwards from one buzurg to another and finally reaching Hazrat Muhammad (saw) and who is the final authority and his "stamp" on that dua will get it accepted by ALLAH.

In short we say, that WALI-ALLAH is connected to ALLAH directly, but going in depth about it, this is how his channel with ALLAH works.

Good question.

“Chilla” has a very negative meaning, infact thats wrong and its usually associated with black magic or negative actions.

“Chilla” is actually any 40 day task.

This task can be done by a WALI-ALLAH for ALLAH, by ibadat.
OR
It can be done a black magician for Satan, by uttering sinful words.

Re: Do You Believe in Ghost Spirits?

^Is that even allowed in Islam?

Re: Do You Believe in Ghost Spirits?

^^

Ibadat is allowed in Islam.

Black magic is not.

What I wrote wasn't very obvious so my apologies for that..... I wasn't talking about the Humzaad in the general sense.... there are lots of other things a person can use their humzaad - and this is where you need your murshid's blessings.... but ofcouse you will never get this if you don't have the ishq for Allah and Rasool Paak (SAW) to begin with.

What you said above is right too.... but again, this was not what I was referring to...

I could be wrong. For my info, what is the difference? I do believe that the hauntings and what people think are ghosts are really jinn.

Re: Do You Believe in Ghost Spirits?

jinns are made of fire and have own socities and religions. They can haunt places and humans in many different ways.

Spirit is known as "rooh" in urdu. The living form which is blown in the human body to make it alive.and leaves the human body when the human dies.

Ah ok. Actually I've heard of jinns referred to as spirits. I know rooh (soul), and that's not what I was referring to when I said spirits.

As for the topic, I believe that "ghosts" are jinns and not souls or rooh of someone.
