Aap ka yeh statement Raisani ke mashoor statement ’ Degree Degree hoti hai’ ki copy lag raha hai.

In this shayr, only the act of return is praised. Not harjai pun. "Bas yehi Ek Baat"

Poet is not condoning/accepting harjai pun.

But accepting 'aane jane wala Harjai' everytime is pasht panahi of such Harjai, so the poet is guilty as convicted.

Aamir Khan ki line yaad agai 'Rail aur ladki'. waise yeh 'Alif' ka badla 'Bay' se lene wali baat hai.

Matlab ke shairon ko khudkalami ke sath sath aziyat parsati bhi azeez hoti hai.

There is a sad story attached with this shair … As I heard , when she wrote this ghazal and shared it with Insha sb ( Ibn-e-Insha ) , he disliked it at first sight … he said it in his own way ’ kay larki yea bara he Aziyat Pasand shair hai ’

I guess , he didnt like it beacuse he knew that years later , he is going to die by the hands of same disease ( Cancer) …

Insha Ji was right to say so.. Parveen Shakir is famous for such Aziyat Pasandi. She is the one who also said:

Kamal e zabt ko main yun bhi azmaongi
Apne hathon se main teri dulhan sajaongi
