Do u eat NON-Halal meat?

How do you even know if the ‘halal’ meat you are eating is in fact ‘halal’ when dining out and buying from ‘halal’ shops? You don’t. You are putting your trust in the people who claim it is ‘halal’.

I, like Shay, can very easily eat just vegi’s 2-3 weeks in a row. I usually just get my protein from Tuna or Salmon if I feel like I may be dying.

My uncle was also telling us how in some places, they have kalma written on the machine and that’s what they use to provide ‘halal’ meat.. but the thing is, if we are buying that meat with the intention of eating halal and whatever is going on behind the scenes is unknown to us, then I think it’s the niyat that matters and it would still be halal.
