Yes, there are good people and bad people both men and women in any society and there are also modest and immodest women in any society. The vast majority of women are modest no matter where they live, its just a matter of degree. In the west, women dont cover their heads but they dont go out half naked either.

The discussion here was not intended as an invitation to bash women of the west. I have no problem with modesty, it is indeed a quality every woman should have. However, I see something wrong with a society where women have to be hidden away from the general population in order to keep them safe. If women have to be hidden away to keep them safe, then there must be something wrong with the general population. That means that the men of that general population have no ability to act in a responsible, civilized manner.

It’s extremely insulting and disgusting to say that all men are so helplessly seduced by a woman’s appearance. Just as it is for every woman to assume every guy who shows her respect wants her.

I too find it interesting that it’s the men for the most part who want to enforce all the restriction and ‘freedoms’ on women to suit their own needs and pleasures the most!

And so sad when women buy into all this BS and willingly brainwash themselves into believing they gotta go to either
extreme to either be respected or be desireable.

Part of the fault in a woman’s very nature to be very nurturing and self sacrificing when it comes to those she loves and
hence she leans more towards her emotional side instead of the practical one.

And women don’t have the same urges!? yeah bull… how many guys have you seen crying and lusting over the New Kids On the Block (lol), Nsync,
Ricky Martin, 50 cent , Puffy Daddy, Ben Affleck and the list of pretty boys goes on an on.

Notice how I don’t pick on the Beatles & Brad Pitt lol at least they are pretty cool and at least appear to have a spine.. lol

When the Koran was written, there was little or no law and order and women were posessions so they needed protection. But
havent we come any further than that over these past hundreds of years?

While the Prophet was still alive women were held in high regard, had a voice and the freedom to express themselves.. who did he often go to for advice and comfort?

What changed pretty much right after he died and has gotten so much worse over the years? Who really changed it?

Men are still insecure, controling and horny lol just now they had a new weapon to pervert to suit their own twisted agendas.

and ‘ladies’ like Pamela Anderson and other walking freaks of nature lol are not respected by anyone.. they’ve become a

I kinda remember the concept of freedom of thought, choice and importance of seeking true knowledge and thinking for
