you know what... you dont need to be very literate do take good decisions.. There is a natural built-in analysis and problem solving skills inside human brain and not much people have that.
hmm.... first one huh! gud point... so many illiterate ppl are smart becuase they have the business skills and are sharp. i guess everyone one of us has the skills ure talkin abt but it just needs to be tapped... ppl should know how to unleash it.
