Cousin marriages here and there as a one off are no problem but making a habit of it like most Pakistanis do increase the chances of passing on a genetic disease.
I married my cousin but it was a one off, there’s been no such marriages in my family as many generations back as I know and we weren’t forced into it, it was of our own free will, I liked her so I asked her permission first if I can ask for her hand in marriage and only then did I tell my mum to ask for her hand.
I love my maternal family and that’s probably one of the reasons I married her and I’ve always liked Punjabi girls, I think they have nicer warmer toned skin and are prettier and more feminine than a lot of other ethnicities.
idiot.. We r not talking abt cousin marraiges. Pashtun have 50 million population and marraige within pashtuns doesnt mean cousin marraige so there is no question of genetic problems.
