catwalk you should be ashamed of yourself,
my friend was going to order 4 heavy dresses from your group
i've warned her against it and she's spending her money elsewhere. Sucks to you for losing business to other more trustworthy vendors, get a grip and learn about customer service
aur agar aapki english kamzor hai to mai urdu mei kehti hoo. Apne customers ko sachai, izzat aur imandari se pesh aoe nai to Allah miya aap ki business mei se barqat nikaal dega. Insan ki bachi ban kar business karo.
You know what some time before i had the same mishap by some vendor but MAAAA she said if i want the to replace the suit in same amount. But mera dil kharab ho gaya tha suit say to i asked her to refund my money and on the day she recive back the outfit i resend her she refunded me the whole amount as far she is not doing any more kam now but this is BUSSINESS satisfy YOUR CUSTOMER not your SELF.
Ugh, this whole story makes me not want to order from anyone. Maybe it is better to save your money for a plane ticket to get yr suits made! Also whats this designer lady's issue? It is like business suicide!
SKll, hun you have handled yourself in a very dignified and calm manner. It appears that you are not getting anywhere with the vendor which is a real shame. I really hope you get something to wear for the wedding, good luck :)

First of all i want to say “Is it not blackmailing?”
I will fix it.
In business every one knows that only defective piece/wrong piece need to be replaced/refunds
About our deal we both knows all the main things but Inface,
First I take her order in 300$ in which front and back work on shirt, 4 side border on Dupatta + heavy work in it and including shipping.
She also ask for some Further changes in her dress and i do it.
I send her complete pics of her dress. Later on when she recieve the dress in first look she says she like the dress work on it + stitching etc. she only Claim on dress piping but then Iqnore it.
Later on her friends say to her that there is less work in it. and there she create issue on an inch Crooked motif. Then in our discussion I offer her to less her 100$ + free trouser in her other order But she did not agreed
Anyways she was one of my good client. I can do this for her that she shipment that dress to me and fix it…

Hmmm...so interesting, isn't it? You never emailed me and said that I could return the dress. You only emailed me some emails about how I'm wrong and how you will give me $100 off of my next order.
If I can, indeed, return the dress, that would be great. You don't have to redo the dupatta, just the kameez. Please return my emails to let me know what the procedure would be...
All is well that ends well, right? I got this nice email from Catwalk:
Thanks
please send me the shirt back i will fix it and send back!
But onething ,im going out of country and will be back after 20april...then i can send u that till 25april!
Thanks
Yay! I'll send it back and iA, it will work out. In the meantime, I need to get some clothes for that wedding---can anyone recommend a good store in the NY/NJ area that has Pakistani fashions?
The dress looks good, except for the crooked motif in the middle. Isn't there a way for Catwalk to somehow fix that? Maybe add a little more kaam to even it out...?
In my honest opinion, the designer should either refund you some money... or agree to fix it (she'd have to pay for the shipping of the package- to and from). Hope you'll get things resolved soon. Good luck!

This is not the solution. You have to trust people but yes be careful whom to trust. You cant count every1 as bad and dishonest. I think sincerity will speak on its own and its very apparent in communication so i advise everone that before ordering do have a lot of communication with your vendor so that you can judge their apptitude and also giving them an opportunity to understand your choice!!!
