thas what the surah tells u....
that those humans who thought they r taking panah from jinn were fools, who were led astray....
but no one is a fool if he takes panah with another human....
the Prophet (saw) too took panah with the ansaar when people of Makkah wanted to kill him....
so nothing wrong with taking panah with humans....
its when u think that jinn can give u panah, there u go wrong....
because jinns r not humans....

Hence, from Quran, I conclude that Jinn are made of fire and they are a separate creature of Allah:swt:

Brother i dont understand what are you talking i thought the Muawadhitayn was revealed because of this and a proven hadith. So that we seek protection from evil, but you mean something for sure I am not able to understand. This is wrt to #39

I hope we're not denying the existence of Jinns here. If Jinns are being denied, then what's next? Denial of the existence of the angels?
Also, Allah (SWT) is not pshysically everywhere. Allah (SWT) is high above the heavens on His (SWT) throne in a manner that fits His (SWT) majesty. He (SWT) is present everywhere by His (SWT) knowledge.

*To say that by asking angels to do sajda of Adam, Allah has put the foundation of Shirk is a blesphemous remarks… If you read in Quran, which you are a scholar of already, you will find in Surah Yousuf, that his brothers made sajdah to him… surprise surprise!!! Sajda before the Shariat of Muhammad:saw: was allowed as a respect and was teremed as “Sajdaa Al Tehreemi…” …
By saying that Angels and Jinns are same, you have contradicted your ownself… firs jinns and humans were same and now angels and jinns are same.. finally humans and angels will be same… so Jibrail:as: becomes human who used to come from heaven with the Wahi?

If you read Quran, of which you are the greatest scholar of the time, you will find Allah:swt: saying this which contradicts your thinking in Surah al Hajr (15) :
36. (Iblis) said: “O my Lord! give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised.”
37. ((Allah)) said: "Respite is granted thee
38. “Till the Day of the Time appointed.”
39. (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong,-
40. **“Except Thy servants among them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace).” **
41. ((Allah)) said: "This (way of My sincere servants) is indeed a way that leads straight to Me.
42. “For over My servants no authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong and follow thee.” 43. And verily, Hell is the promised abode for them all!
And in Surah Sua’ad (38) :
79. (Iblis) said: “O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised.”

A clear cut Question by someone in India, so it gets a little easier for an Indian Muslims to answer.
1) Kaaba is the direction of Prayer, as this is the Mosque of Allaah, its a Mosque in the surrounding is the Mosque which hardly any non-muslim knows.Since the time of Adam this was built and worshipped, so for all the Muslims the Kaaba is the direction of prayer.
Advantages
Anywhere in the world, any Muslims performing his prayer faces towards the Kaaba, a symbol of unity.
Any muslims then wont have problems.If this wasnt prescribed then, one would pray facing the direction in the west, or east otherwise what he will, remember in Islam we do according to the Will of God.
2) The most important argument, would you stand up on your idol whom ur worshipping would you step on it, climb on the idol no way. But during the time of Prophet the companions of the Prophet used to climb up, the Kaaba on top of it and announced the call for prayers.
Now the conclusion, Kaaba is a Holy place to worship which is the Mosque of Allaah, and the impetus behind is one direction of prayer for all the Muslims around the world, negating the fact of disunity.
No where the Muslims feel, that its an idol or can benefit us, we dont worship the Kaaba we worship Allaah coz he is the one who can help, benefit and protect us as Allaah is the Best of Protector.
If you want to argue more on this the next question they ask is regarding the Black Stone, and if you have read the History of Islam then one prominent name is always mentioned of Hazrath Umer one of the foundations for the religion of Islam.
Once when he kissed the Black stone, he shouted and all the surrounding Muslims heard it this is a hadeeth in Sahih bukhari that If the Prophet wouldnt have kissed the Black stone, then I(Hazrath Umer) wouldnt do it because you(Black stone) can neither harm me or Benefit me.
