You know I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Paki out in the sun except for myself and my husband. Is this a common occurrence or am I just strange?

I am out in the Sun all the time lady. Its called driving to work in a car with no AC, and no tinted windows one hour each way.

I dont like the sun. I dont have any problems with it tho. I am nicely tanned nowadays 
But the good weather always brings out naked happy people. And nothing can be as irritating as naked happy people :o

We have beautiful and naturally tanned skin. We don’t need artificial crap to burn out our skin.

I love tanning, and by that I don't mean just getting naked in the sun, I mean having no problem with going outdoors and being outdoors while the sun is in full blaze. I go very golden when I tan. I'm already naturally tanned ... I just tan some more. The best tan I've ever had was while in the Caribbean. I was totally bronze by the time I got back, and I loved it!
The obsession with staying out of the sun particularly for desi girls in our culture, is more for staying 'white' rather than for health reasons, which is pretty pathetic. Khair, even Thai people are like this too. Personally, I think Filippinos tan the best.

Usually I'm a light olive tone but after lots of time in the sun I go a nice brown color, I have seen some Desi's get suntanned who are already brown, they go black, it's unavoidable sometimes. I myself quite like dark skin, itni bhi dark nahein ke navy lagney lagey but a nice brown colour.

What's so pathetic about staying out of the sun so you don't become darker? That's your prerogative and it's not just desi girls who do that but many goray too (e.g. goths). I avoid the sun for three reasons: I like my skin color the way it is, I can't stand heat because it makes me dizzy, and the sun is not really beneficial for a long period of time.

i dont understand how you can go golden after your tan…the pictures iv seen of u,u have a rather dark complexion already. maybe a golden tan looks different to you.
