I agree, they said that she is not good because she broke a marriage already and it can happen to you.
I am sorry but this sounds like low mentality...and usually its people like this that end up experiencing the worst of it.
I don't mean to be rude but if someone can say that about a girl they don't even know yet, how would they treat their own DIL?

They are overprotective but I believe they will be good to their DIL.
