Re: Divorce

Yaar acha hai.. aik mukka kha lo.. then sue him and with the money u'll win u'd be able to hire the help of the best cosmetic surgeons in the world.

Re: Divorce

Ooo then I can have a pwettier nose, and get rid of my doosra chin :ahaa:

Re: Divorce

^ and if you get a buy one get one free offer don't forget me. I badly need a nose job. And those Jowls are getting worse as well.

Re: Divorce

hmmm I would NOT suggest you to file the case through the court in Pakistan.
They are sooooooooooo slow and it will take forever to get out of the situation for you.

If you are in UK get in touch with the sharia council at Regent Park Mosque in London. Your case can be finalized in 3 months if he doesnt reply to the letters of the counsil.

Dont go to small mosques. they dont know how to deal with it. and dont feel scared abt what others say. its ur life and u need to get out of that nikkah for sure and kick this man's lazy arse!

Re: Divorce

So much trouble to get a divorce/khula? Looks like the laws in Pakistan are skewed against you. A man can do as he wills, but a woman must go through hell to get something done?

Re: Divorce

Pak10, whatever you do get the advice from your Imam in US or UK. they are far more likely to side with you than someone in Pakistan. Legally, no marriage certificate, for US or UK, no problem getting the marriage annuled.
