Pelase search the topic of Quota system in Sindh and you will find out the cities that were outlined by your leaders as Urdu speaking cities. I think they were karachi, Sukkur, Thatta and Hyderbad (and one or 2 more)

I visited Thatta many times and I don’t have to communicate in Urdu at any place. same goes true for Sukkur.
