What do you mean by dominant. and what are Sindh Urban areas where Urdu is dominant. I think except for Karachi and to a some extent in Hyderabad, Sindhi is the language spoken in streets by common ppl.

Even urdu speakers living in these areas speaks better Sindhi than local Sindhis:)
